POLICIES

WEB DESIGN

All web design plans do not include any purchases required to maintain a website. Client can purchase items prior to website build and provide access or the company can include the cost in the total invoice with required deposit prior to website build.
(This may or may not include the following: monthly/yearly domain ownership & hosting, monthly/yearly web platform licenses, etc.) 

SEO SERVICES

SEO Basic and Advanced plan is a one time purchase only service.
There is no contract with Luxe SEO plan and can be cancelled at any time with a 30 day notice. Plan will be invoiced monthly.

PAYMENT / INVOICES

All invoices must be paid within 7 business days upon recieving.

For Hourly Updates & Support
First time clients must pay a $45 deposit which will go towards your first hour of updates or support. Returning or existing clients will receive an itemized and timed invoice upon work completion. If updates/support takes less than 1 hour, client will be charged the minimum of $45/hr.

For Website Design
Clients will pay a 50% deposit before work will begin on the website that will go towards the total invoice. Once we get the go-ahead and approvals from the client we will then start building. After we are halfway completed with the website design we will require 25% of the remaining cost of the invoice to be paid before continuing with completion. During this time we will also be checking in with the client to see if there are any immediate changes. Upon completion we will then invoice the remaining 25% of the total cost of the invoice. 

Example (basic $500 website):
1st payment: $250 
2nd payment: $125
3rd payment: $125

For SEO
Clients will pay a 50% deposit which will go towards the total cost of the invoice before any SEO research or work is done on the website. Upon completion client is then invoiced for the remaining 50%. 

For the monthly SEO plan, you will be invoiced every month on the date you started your services. (example: Jan 15th, Feb 15th, March 15th, etc.)
